Coaching may address specific personal projects, life balance, job performance and satisfaction, or general conditions in your life, business or profession.
 
Coaching utilises strategic planning, values clarification, brainstorming, motivational counselling, and other counselling and consulting techniques. Coaching provides focus, structure and support.
 
Coaching may be done in person, on the telephone, on the internet, or using a combination of these.  The length, frequency and duration of meetings are variable.  Clients are able to choose which “plan” provides the best fit for their needs and schedule.
 
The coaching process is very focused on the needs of the client.  Therefore, people from all walks of life and in many situations can benefit from this kind of support.  The one requirement is that a person is motivated and committed.
